FasstKart is committed to maintaining a safe, secure and legally compliant marketplace. Sellers, customers, delivery partners and ride service providers must not use the platform for any product, parcel or activity prohibited by Indian law or by this policy.
The following list is illustrative and not exhaustive. FasstKart reserves the right to restrict, remove or reject any product or service that may violate applicable laws, regulations or platform policies.
Prohibited Products
- Illegal drugs, narcotics and psychotropic substances.
- Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives and related accessories.
- Human organs, body parts or human remains.
- Counterfeit or fake branded products.
- Stolen goods or illegally obtained property.
- Currency, counterfeit notes or forged financial instruments.
- Fake government documents, certificates or identity cards.
- Products promoting terrorism, violence or unlawful activities.
- Items banned under applicable Indian laws.
Restricted Goods
- Alcoholic beverages (unless legally permitted).
- Tobacco and nicotine products (where legally regulated).
- Prescription medicines without required legal authorization.
- Chemicals, hazardous substances and toxic materials.
- Fireworks and explosive materials.
- Wildlife products or protected species.
- Live animals.
- Pesticides and restricted agricultural chemicals.
Marketplace Restrictions
- Fake reviews or manipulated ratings.
- Copyright or trademark infringing products.
- Digital piracy or unauthorized software.
- Fraudulent investment schemes.
- Lottery or gambling related products.
- Adult or obscene content prohibited by law.
- Products encouraging illegal activities.
- Misleading product descriptions.
Pickup & Drop Restrictions
Customers must not use FasstKart Pickup & Drop services for transporting:
- Cash or valuable currency.
- Jewellery, gold, diamonds or precious metals.
- Illegal substances.
- Weapons or explosives.
- Hazardous chemicals.
- Flammable liquids.
- Human organs.
- Live animals.
- Items prohibited under applicable law.
Seller Responsibilities
- Upload only genuine and legally permitted products.
- Provide accurate descriptions and images.
- Maintain required licences where applicable.
- Comply with all tax and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure products meet applicable quality and safety standards.
Platform Enforcement
FasstKart may, without prior notice:- Remove any listing.
- Suspend or terminate seller accounts.
- Reject orders.
- Cancel transactions.
- Report unlawful activities to competent authorities.
- Preserve records where legally required.
Reporting Violations
Users may report suspected violations through the Contact Us or Grievance Redressal page. Reports should include relevant order details, product information and supporting evidence wherever possible.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension, permanent account termination, cancellation of transactions and legal action wherever applicable.
